Morland & The Game Change Project
Morland has launched a three-year partnership with The Game Change Project, an organisation committed to supporting young people in the development of life skills, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential. Morland will be supporting The Game Change Project by raising funds and awareness for the important work the not-for-profit organisation carries out through its six-week programmes at its small holding base near Newtown. The partnership, described as “absolutely fantastic” by a director of The Game Change Project, will also see the organisation having access to specialist advice from Morland in areas such as HR, IT, Health and Safety & Marketing.
Community Engagement and Education
At Morland, we believe in nurturing future talent and supporting our local community. Our commitment to our Values of Long-Term Thinking and Integrity is reflected in our robust apprenticeship program, designed to train the next generation of skilled manufacturing professionals. We also champion sustainability by repurposing scrap materials for school and college projects, reducing waste while providing valuable resources.
We actively collaborate with local high schools, leveraging our CNC capabilities to assist with technical projects. This fosters a symbiotic relationship, promoting learning for students while showcasing our expertise. Our annual National Manufacturing Day event and work placement programmes further demonstrate our dedication to promoting local manufacturing initiatives and strengthening community ties.
Our Vision
